Job's description

In charge of brand strategy, building brand DNA and image, and create all the brand martial;

*Making market activation annual plan & strategy;

*Set up channel strategy and supervise each channel opening to make sure the growth of overall;

*Managing annual marketing spending and ROI;

*Supervise all the market execution, include RSP, display, any format of communication;

*Supervise the sales performance base on channel strategy;

*Follow by market situation adjust the strategy to drive the overall sales performance;

*Supervise all the activity that in touch with consumer;

*Build relationship with relevant partner to brand;

*Base on consumer insight to adjust activity and strategy;

*Improve product mix performance align with strategy plan.
