Job description


  • Plan, organize, execute and communicate assigned specific project components under the guidance of line manager whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity

  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns, and report back to the business

  • Support the sales and NPD team on category insights and customer presentations to provide strong rational for new listing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines

  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with targeted key accounts

  • Identify and progress opportunities for new products to influence business strategy

  • Ensure a well-maintained product concept database and take advantage of concepts that have been previously well received

  • Actively encourage continuous improvement and idea generation within the wider team

  • Work closely with related functions to ensure legal, nutritional and food safety compliance.

  • Contribute to work streams to improve ways of working across the team e.g. improvement of business processes to drive greater efficiencies, sharing of knowledge to create better team cohesion & developing others through coaching & sharing best practice


  • Graduate in a marketing or related subject

  • Previous experience in beverage environment (required) with experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English and Chinese

  • Delivers against the right priorities & asks questions to realign when appropriate.

  • Demonstrates perseverance & a positive attitude in the pursuit of challenging goals

  • Collaborates beyond boundaries – actively support & takes action to drive a common goal across work &/or project teams

  • Embodies integrity & trust - Consistently follows the meaning of company policies and standards
