Business Innovation Manager

Due to the volume of business, market impact and engagement with various services offered by our client, Chinese customers are considered as early adopters and major influencers of products and roadmap. With that said, the market is intensely competitive and is driving need to innovate brande new products and services to address current and future requirements.
As a Business Innovation Manager, you will evangelise offering within the organisation, understand market trends, and develop strategic initiatives to drive incremental market share.
You will explore innovative products and services that are not currently being offered by existing platforms but are or will be required by customers and prospects. These can come in the forms of products and services that focus on improving customers’ UX, revenue production, and retention.
To do this, the Business Innovation Manager needs to consistenly develop and sucssefully launch a product or servce. In turns, you will require effective, frequent and open communication with internal stakeholders.
As part of the role, you are expected to be measured against goals related to revenue growth, churn and leadership of the China business. Others goals such as design & delivery of successful innovations that bring benefits to Chinese customers and furthemore increase of adoption rate of new released features with feedback.
To be successful in this position, the Business Innovation Manager needs to have strong knowledge of online payment, preferably with experience in cross-border patments and ecommerce.
