Job description

Portfolio management – manage the whole company portfolio with consistent competitors’ tracking, finding portfolio gap by profound understanding of consumers and customers, and feed to NPD team, delist low performance SKUs to always keep a healthy portfolio to fit for key sales channels’ core occasions

Pricing & promotion– evaluate, advise & provide decision on pricing decisions & alternatives, price sensitivity analysis and promotion mechanism to optimize company’s profit to ensure overall topline and bottom line

Management of brand, create Brand guideline via adaption from global principle, set up clear role on sub-brand and definition, Advocacy and control of all consumer / customer faced branding

Build brand awareness Creatively work with flagship customers on promoting signature products, including the usage of both social media, KOL and alternative medias
