Job Description


Job Responsibilities:



  1. Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards

  2. Source candidates by using databases and social media

  3. Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters

  4. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills

  5. Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews

  6. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers

  7. Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires

  8. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

  9. Attend job fairs and careers events

  10. Staying current on the Companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

  11. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

  12. Completing timely reports on employment activity

  13. Support the HQ in performing Career development plans

  14. Direct report to HQ Recruitment Dept



Desired Profile:



  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management

  • Excellent communicational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)

  • 5+ yrs experience as a Recruiter in Life Science industries

  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)


Experience:



  • 5+ yrs experience as a Recruiter in Life Science industries will be a plus
