DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
Performs sales activities on end users and distributors and push forward business and close contracts.
Build and maintain key and target account relationships, participating in key industry trade associations, customer summits, and other functions.
Weekly and monthly reviews progress of sales and profitability roles throughout the company.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in selected product portfolio and new innovation products range.
Provides monthly results assessments of distributor sales team’s productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Support Commercial director to develop sales strategies to improve market share in selected application.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales & marketing activities to improve operating result.
