To work with the Category Manager China and Marketing team in supporting the QSR and Major End - User (MEU) team by creating and executing related plans that contribute to meeting Annual Operating Commitment objectives.
To assist the Category Manager China in project managing aspects of the development and implementation of the Global Foodservice Execution Platform (GFSEP and QSREP) with particular reference to MEU’s and QSRs within the business in China.
To support and understand the interaction between Product, Distributor, End - User and Consumer.
To actively drive the ethnography and insights process by managing and conducting back and front of house ethnography, converting them into tailored propositions and successful actions.
To have strong commercial awareness, develop a partnership with the customer and identify new growth opportunities, to the benefit of the customer and McCain.
